3. WHY DO YOU CHARGE A FIXED PRICE?
We guarantee to deliver a lovely, fresh home every single time, no matter how long it takes. This means you don’t need to worry about your cleaner leaving without the job being finished. If you think you need extra time, for example if you want your oven cleaned or you want your windows cleaned, just let us know and we will get it sorted!
4. WHAT\'S INCLUDED IN A MOPFIT CLEAN?
Quality is our priority and our professionals are experts at making your house sparkle. All surfaces will be wiped and dusted by your team as they go round your home. All rooms will be vacuumed and mopped and rubbish bins emptied.

5. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN\'T DO?
At the moment we cannot offer a deep clean or end of tenancy clean but watch this space. This means no steam and carpet cleaning or cleaning of heavily soiled areas and mold.
6. CAN I MAKE REGULAR OR ONE-OFF SPECIAL REQUESTS?
Absolutely! We speak to our customers before there first clean to talk through their special requests or things they would like us to pay special attention to. After your first clean, if there are any other things you’d like added to your instructions, whether regular or one-off, just drop us an email.
7. WHAT TIME WILL THE MOPFIT PROS ARRIVE?
We don’t guarantee arrival at a specific time but we may be able to specify a morning or afternoon service. Our Housekeepers are available Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 6.30pm.
8. HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR PROS?
Our Pros are the key to our business. They are professional, hard-working and love making your home look its very best. We have a stringent recruitment and ongoing training program which ensures our Pros are the highest trained and happiest in the business. All of our Pros are background checked & police verified. This check covers criminal offenses, identity checks, and ensures that each candidate has the right to work in the India.
9. WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME MOPFIT PROS?
Yes, you will generally have the same pros though we don’t guarantee it.
10. WHAT ABOUT CLEANING PRODUCTS AND CLOTHS?
We normally provide cleaning products (for which we charge additional amount per visit), but you’re also welcome to provide your own if you prefer. We just ask that you provide a vacuum, mop and bucket.
If you would prefer to provide your own cleaning products and cloths, we ask that you provide the following:
•Lime scale remover
•Clean sponges and cloths (washed in between visits)
11. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
We charge you on the day of your clean via cash after service or our secure payment gateway with option to pay using credit/debit card or net banking. This means 100% secure payments.
12. CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY SERVICE?
If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, just drop us an email at email@example.com. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice ahead of a service you requested.
13. WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE?
We do our best to do a great job every time, but if something has not gone quite right just drop us an email or give us a call. We will do our best to get it sorted right away!
14. WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS?

15. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE RESERVATION?
Immediately after booking you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. At least 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive all the details about your requested service.
16. WHERE IS MOPFIT AVAILABLE?
Presently we are offering our services in Noida & Greater Noida region; soon we’ll be launching our services in Delhi & Gurgaon as well.
17. WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE?
After the job is completed successfully, we will send you the invoice by e-mail to PDF & handover hard copy to you.
18. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR MOPFIT?
You can pay conveniently and easily by using debit, credit card, net banking or Cash.
19. WHAT KIND OF MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use 40 unique types of equipment to clean your entire premises. Our equipment range includes various organic cleaning agents, vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines and various other tools which are essential to clean.
20. HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY PREMISES?
The time taken depends primarily on the area and number of rooms in the premise, the basic condition of the premise and the type of service opted for. However, for estimation purposes, an average 2 bed room house takes 3 - 3.5 hrs to complete
21. DO I NEED TO MAKE ANY PREPARATIONS BEFORE THE CLEANING COMMENCES?
We do not ask for a lot but please store your valuables and fragile items safely. Also, please ensure all loose articles like clothes from bathrooms and food from kitchens is stored away.
22. WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DOES YOUR TEAM GO THROUGH?
We have designed an intensive one month training program for the best cleaners in the city. Our proprietary training modules ensure our teams are trained in etiquette, modern living, and advanced cleaning techniques to give you only the best quality.

23. WHAT SHOULD I DO ON MY FIRST MOPFIT LAUNDRY PICKUP?
1. Place your laundry and dry cleaning in separate bags. Put a slip of paper that says "dry cleaning"
to mark the separate bags.
2.For your laundry, use any bag or we’ll provide you the one.
3.Place your clothes outside or hand your clothes directly our Pros. You will receive a text
notification 30 minutes before the Pros arrives.
4.Your dry cleaning and laundry will be returned in special MopFit bags for you to use on your next pickup.
24. CAN I SET UP AUTOMATIC RECURRING PICKUPS?
When you set up your account, you can choose between weekly, bimonthly, monthly, or one-time only pickups.
25. WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MOPFIT PROS ARRIVES?
We have several options to fit MopFit into your busy schedule:
•Leave your laundry with your doorman
•Request a specific time. If you need the pickup between a smaller time frame, just let us know by
emailing email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
26. CAN I RESCHEDULE MY LAUNDRY PICKUP?
Yes. MopFit will send you a reminder at least 12 hours before your pickup. If you need to reschedule the laundry pickup time just drop us an email or call at +91-9999387425.
27. HOW QUICKLY WILL MY LAUNDRY BE RETURNED?
Wash and fold is returned next day during the week. Saturday morning pickups are returned Monday morning. Sunday morning pickups are returned Monday evening.
Dry cleaning pickups between Monday - Friday are returned in three days.
28. WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICE AREAS?
We currently service Noida & Greater Noida. More areas are coming soon!
29. DO YOU FOLLOW GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We follow your clothes care instructions to insure that your clothes are returned in their best condition.
30. DO YOU OFFER DRY CLEANING?
Yes, we do! Just place your dry cleaning in a separate bag and place a sheet of paper inside that lists the item as dry cleaning.
31. WHAT IF MY CLOTHES ARE NOT WASHED WELL?
